Plans and Specifications
In the beginning of your Tuscan home design, you will have documents
called Plans and Specifications. This is also called Plans and Specs, for short.
These documents have the broken down, bit by bit information on your new home that is
to be built. The plans typically include the Tuscan floor plans, the elevations of
the front, back, and sides of the home. The foundation plans are here, as well as all
framing and footing plans, roofing, electrical, kitchen layout and any and all other
construction plans.
The specs are the more detailed parts of the process that make your Tuscan home plans
come to life. This is dealing with the "specifications" of the Tuscan house plans.
The information on the specs are the finish work. This means you will
find the materials to be used, and finish work details, etc.
